I finished weeding the beets this morning as well as the neighboring celery. Mostly, the rows were overtaken by self-seeded buckwheat that was planted in that area last season. All beets and celery transplants are coming along nicely! It won’t be long for some harvests…
Those are the cutest things I’ve ever seen. I’ll love them even more when they turn into mature good looking artichokes!
